PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE.

Design Team Leader for various Architecture Firms, Experience in preparing briefs, working drawings and contract administration of different types of projects which include commercial, housing, health and educational.  I Worked as an Architect for the Harare International Airport from inception to handover.

• As a Registered Architect I also help procurement of projects for the practice.

• Experience in working for the Government as Project Architect on different types  of projects supervising work done by private consultants.

• Currently Senior Architect-Partner for Vengesayi Architects responsible for procurement of Projects with various organizations including Government, Parastatals, private clients etc.

• Design of various projects including Housing, Commercial, Health, Education, Military, Urban, Scientific Research, Industrial Schemes.

• Above all preparation of Contact Documents, co-ordination and supervision of various Consultants including Engineers, Quantity Surveyors and finally supervision of construction works.
